If you have uploaded a batch file and received a notification that it has been rejected, this means that than 50% of the lines in the spreadsheet have invalid information, or incorrect formatting. There are several reasons a line might be rejected by our system, including, but not limited to:
- A space after the Group Name or Email Address.
- Typo in the last name (if using Update Drivers).
- Driver not found (if using Update Drivers).
- Invalid Date of Hire format (should be YYYY-MM-DD).
You are able to review an Error Log that highlights the information that was not accepted by the system when uploading the batch. Once the corrections have been made you can save the Error Log and upload it as a batch file.
