How do I reset my password?

To reset a password, please use the following instructions:

  1. Go to www.alertdriving.com/login and click Forgot Your Password?
  2. Enter your email address in the first field. This email address would have been provided to us by your employer, and is the email address listed on your training account.
  3. Enter the verification code exactly as shown in the captcha. If you have trouble reading the code, you have the option of loading a new code by selecting the refresh symbol OR can have the code read out loud by selecting the speaker symbol.
  4. Once you have entered the code, click Submit.

You will receive an email within several minutes containing your username and a link to select a new password.
