Why have I not received my login details when I was told that I would receive training?

When your training is first assigned you, an introductory email will be sent from support@fleetdefense.com containing a link to the log in page. If you did not receive this email, please check your Spam and/or Junk folders, as high security settings on an email account may filter our email from your main Inbox.

If you are still unable to locate this email, it could be your email address was entered incorrectly when your account was created, or you have not yet been registered to participate in the program.  Please contact your Supervisor or your company’s Program Administrator, advising that you have not received your initial email for the training.

If you are unsure of who this person is, please send an email to support@alertdriving.com indicating that you have not received your login details.
