I made a mistake when I uploaded a batch, can I fix it?

Yes. If you have sent a batch file to be processed and noticed you have made a mistake, you are able to make changes before it is uploaded into our system.  These changes must be made as soon as possible, as the system is automated and may process your batch sooner than expected.

  1. Log in to your administrative suite.
  2. Click Batch Tools.
  3. Click Change Pending Batch.
  4. Click the scissors icon to make changes to the batch, or click the “X” to remove the batch from the processing system.
