When I try to login I get the message: “Communication with LMS could not be established.”

If you are receiving this error message, your training is being provided via your company’s Learning Management System (LMS).

This error message means that there is no bi-directional communication happening between our system and your company’s Learning Management System.  You are able to access AlertDriving from your LMS, but our system cannot recognize who you are.  Please contact your program administrator to advise them of the error you are receiving, and provide a screenshot, if possible.  Your administrator may have to contact us for more information. If you are unsure of whom your company’s administrator is, please contact support@alertdriving.com for further assistance.
