Why is the module displaying a blank screen?

If you encounter a blank screen while taking your training, please exit the training and close your browser. Open a new browser and attempt the training again. If the issue persists, please contact our Support Team at support@alertdriving.com.

A blank screen can occur for a number of reasons, and we may have to involve our internal IT department to resolve the issue. When submitting your request, please be sure to include a screenshot of the blank page, and a detailed description of the incident.
