Why is my Training Taking too Long to Load?

If you are receiving the error message:  'The course was taking too long to load' please read the following article.

Since the training is web-based, your computer and internet connection must meet certain requirements. Reliable Internet connections are required when taking the training, with a minimum of 3.0Mbps class broadband connection. The following operating systems / web browsers are also recommended in order for the training to function properly:

Windows Vista SP2
The most recent versions of Internet Explorer 9 or later, Firefox or Chrome

Windows 7 & 8.1
The most recent versions of Internet Explorer 11 or later, Firefox or Chrome

Windows 10
The most recent versions of Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge Firefox or Chrome

OS X 10.7 or later
The most recent versions of Safari or Chrome

Apple iPad with iOS 8 or later
The most recent versions of Safari or Chrome
